This glaciated mountain canyon can be found in Colorado's Rocky Mountain National Park, along the Fall River valley.

The woods used to create this scene are:

Moon, snow and waterfall -Sycamore
Canyon walls(from far to near)-Curly Maple, Beech, Bubinga and Bloodwood
Shoreline trees-Wenge
Shoreline shadow-Ebony
Water-American Walnut
Border-Maple and Cherry

Frame-Walnut stained Ash with Walnut doweled joints (shown) or
Natural Ash with Birch doweled joints. See additional photo #2.

The back is finished with felt, screw eyes and hanging wire. A description card is affixed to the back with a list of the woods used within the scene.
